Beck's Hybrids is excited to announce a new territory expansion into the western two-thirds of Tennessee,plus 35 additional counties in eastern Kentucky. As the largest family-owned seed company in the United States,Beck's marketing area also includes Indiana,Illinois,Ohio,southern Michigan and the western half of Kentucky.With the Tennessee and Kentucky expansion,more than one million acres of both corn and soybeans,as well as 500,000 acres of wheat has been added to Beck's marketing area.

Atlanta,Indiana – Beck's Hybrids is pleased to announce the opening of a Molecular Marker Lab at the Atlanta,Ind.,headquarters.The Molecular Marker Lab will assist Beck's corn breeders by genotyping (DNA finger-printing) thousands of new,untested inbred lines.

Atlanta,Indiana – Beck's Hybrids is pleased to announce the purchase of Imboden Farms in central Ohio.The Beck-Imboden Ohio Farm includes fields south of Columbus along the Scioto River and extends just north of Circleville to south of Waverly.As a large irrigated grain producer in the Midwest,Les and Carol Imboden founded Imboden Farms nearly 30 years ago and have been instrumental in designing and installing irrigation systems.
